PrismPulse Riot Halo Collar is a handmade holographic-style rainbow faux leather collar with a bold O-ring framed by 1/2" tree spikes for full riot energy. The glossy rainbow strap has a reflective finish that catches the light, while the buckle, eyelets, and D-ring sit at the back so the front shows off the spiked halo. Because the strap is cut from a larger rainbow pattern, the order and placement of the colors will vary—each collar has its own unique rainbow layout. Each spike is individually secured with threadlocker so they stay put and won’t easily loosen or fall off with regular wear.
